Google Forecasting Analysis

This project focused on forecasting Google’s future financial performance using time-series data and predictive modeling techniques. We applied moving averages, smoothing methods, and error measurements to identify reliable patterns in revenue behavior and evaluate the accuracy of different forecasting models. The final model projected steady upward growth consistent with Google’s historical performance, and the low error rates indicated strong reliability in the expected trend. The conclusion supported Google’s continued financial expansion and stable long-term outlook.

Carlsbad vs. Oceanside
Property Analysis

This project compared business performance between Carlsbad and Oceanside using forecasting models and decision analysis tools. We evaluated demand patterns through moving averages, error metrics, and trend behavior to determine which location demonstrated stronger operational stability. After analyzing consistency, variance, and forecast accuracy, we concluded that Carlsbad showed clearer and more predictable performance, making it the more strategically reliable location, while Oceanside’s volatility suggested the need for different planning and inventory approaches.

Costco Financial Analysis

In this project, we assessed Costco’s financial health through ratio analysis, trend evaluation, and multi-year performance comparisons. Using liquidity, profitability, leverage, and efficiency metrics, we interpreted how Costco operates relative to its industry and historical benchmarks. Our findings showed that Costco is financially strong, consistently profitable, efficiently managed, and positioned for long-term stability. Overall, the analysis supported the conclusion that Costco maintains a sound financial structure with steady growth prospects.

Paid Ads Optimization

In this multi-round digital marketing project, we built and optimized a paid advertising campaign by refining keywords, adjusting targeting, and reallocating budgets based on real performance data. Each round analyzed click-through rates, impressions, and cost efficiency to determine how well the ads reached the intended audience. The iterative improvements significantly increased engagement and campaign effectiveness, demonstrating how data-driven adjustments can substantially improve ad results. Our final campaign performed the strongest, confirming the value of ongoing optimization.

24-Hour Campus Delivery Service Marketing Plan

This project involved developing a full marketing plan for a proposed 24-hour on-campus delivery service designed to meet student needs at USD. We conducted a SWOT analysis, identified target segments, established pricing and promotional strategies, and outlined the operational structure for student-led delivery. After evaluating campus demand and logistical considerations, we concluded that the service has strong potential, particularly due to limited late-night options on campus. With the right staffing and marketing approach, the service could realistically enhance accessibility and convenience for students.
